Bamboo Shoots Class meets every Wednesday from 4:40-6:30pm. Friday and Saturday classes opening up soon! Classes are immersion-based and all in Mandarin. We teach simplified and traditional characters. Each class, includes STEM activities, storytelling, music and movement, art, and writing. We are located on the second floor of the Global Lounge Commons. Right next to the Capital Asian Market.

The Playdate is open to actors of all skill levels (ages 13+). Each class starts with fun/warm-up exercises that branch out to Meisner basic foundation work, improvisation, and cold reading skills. And for those who have monologues and/or scenes they want to work on they are welcome to bring them in too. As well as advanced Meisner students bringing in their level of work.

In addition to their music, they can describe why Basques immigrated to the United States, how music is important to Basque culture, why their choir continues the tradition of singing, and what the lyrics mean. They love creating performances and programs to entertain.
